As a further means of recovering payment for our hospital clients and physician practices, TCORS evaluates all denials of state assistance. Where state assistance is validly denied or unavailable, TCORS brings collection actions against the patient where appropriate. Pre-judgment statutory liens and post-judgment judicial liens are also filed where available. Additionally, TCORS intervenes in workers compensation claims and third party actions to secure reimbursement. Our experienced staff attempt every reasonable means to collect our hospital clients’ debts.
TCORS also represents businesses in traditional collection efforts.
