Profile Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2001, Ms. Conlon practiced law in Knoxville, Tennessee. Ms. Conlon assists clients in creating and organizing new business entities, selling or acquiring business enterprises, and negotiating and drafting contracts relating to business relationships and operations.
