Employer Claims

Employee Claims
We have also handled many employment matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and before both the State and Federal Departments of Labor. We have also handled matters before the Connecticut Superior Court, Appellate and Supreme Courts and the federal court. These matters have included a wide range of employment claims by employees, including wrongful termination, breach of contract, overtime and wage claims, sex harassment, and age, disability, gender, race, sexual orientation and other forms of discrimination, pension and other employee benefits.
