Attorney Thomas Riley Attends Labor and Employment Law Conference in D.C.

The American Bar Association (ABA) recently held its 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C. The several day conference included numerous seminars addressing important issues affecting labor and employment law today. Such seminars included: “Dealing with Social Media in the Workplace,” “How to Prepare and Win and/or Defend a Single Plaintiff Discrimination Suit,” “Litigating Claims for Damages in Employment Cases,” “Labor and Employment Law in the U.S. Supreme Court,” and “Discovery of Electronically Stores Information under the Amended Federal Rules,” just to name a few. The conference gave attorneys across the nation an opportunity to come together and engage in dialogue on the important issues affecting the workplace today.
