Profile

Mark brings over twenty years of experience in land use, regulatory, and contract analysis to the Firm. His experience includes successfully negotiating complex leases for new towers and wireless facilities for major corporate clients throughout the Northeast. Mark has obtained countless zoning and land use approvals from federal, state, and local entities throughout the Northeast.

Distinctions

Mark led the leasing and regulatory efforts to enhance the wireless network of the official wireless carrier of the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston.

Community Involvement

Mark has been on the Board of Directors for the Norwich Public Schools Education Foundation since 2011. He served as their President from 2013-2019. He is also a Percussion Coordinator for the Norwich Free Academy, where he has taught percussion to high school students since 1999. Mark served on the Glastonbury Family YMCA’s Board of Advisors from 2017-2018, and was on the Board of Directors for Rob the Drummer, Inc., from 2017-2018.
