Prior to joining TCORS, James worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Connecticut Superior Court.

James received his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2020. He participated in the Environmental and Maritime Law Societies during law school. He received his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2016.
James grew up in Montville and has family in New London. In his spare time, he enjoys taking his dog Gus for walks, cooking and going to sporting events, especially UConn Basketball, the Boston Celtics and the New England Patriots.
James will practice primarily in the areas of Litigation and Employment Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.
