Emily R. Casey
Emily practices primarily in the areas of Workers’ Compensation Revenue Recovery, Medicaid Revenue Recovery, Intellectual Property and Cultural Property.
Before joining the firm, Emily worked as a consultant for Immigration and Customs Enforcement/Homeland Security (ICE/HSI) in connection with a criminal investigation involving a suspected illicit antiquities dealer. From 2004 to 2009, she was a contract archaeologist and worked as a crew chief for a cultural resource management firm. Although her interests have been in the area of archaeology and cultural property, she has now found herself in the area of revenue recovery, representing medical providers.

Emily is a resident of Groton. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern Connecticut and Avery-Copp House Museum. She is active with the Yale Alumni Association and is a member of the Young Professionals of Eastern Connecticut.
